What we'll do together
- Travel outside of town to a beautiful local waterfall! You can hike to the top, or stop along the way and swim in it’s cool, crystal blue pools.
- Eat local Lao food at the night market! Afterwards we’ll stroll through the night market stalls and see locally made handicrafts and artwork.
- Walk around downtown, stopping at small locally owned shops, cafés and museums all around the historic peninsula of Luang Prabang.
- Take in a beautiful sunset and city/landscape scenery on the water when we secure a wooden river boat and take a dinner cruise down the Mekong river.
- Travel across the Mekong river by ferry for pottery making! You’ll make your very own piece of pottery, and have a delicious Lao lunch. (paid experience!)
