Portland is a city of neighborhoods, each with its own flavor, energy, and personality. We’ll start near my home in Beaumont-Wilshire with chai and doughnuts from Pip’s, then head to the Alberta Arts District to wander the murals, browse local shops, and settle in for brunch. From there, we’ll hike through Forest Park to Pittock Mansion, explore NW 23rd in Nob Hill, and grab a scoop at Salt & Straw. We’ll finish in Southeast with a seriously good dinner, drinks on Belmont, and live music at a neighborhood favorite. Come hungry!
What we'll do together
- Share doughnuts and a chai flight at Portland favorite Pip’s on Fremont.
- Hunt for murals, galleries, and unexpected finds along Alberta Street.
- Hike the Lower Macleay Trail through Forest Park to the Pittock Mansion view.
- Browse the boutiques of NW 23rd, then stop for ice cream at Salt & Straw.
- Order a table full of shareable dishes at one of Portland’s standout restaurants.
- Sip drinks on Belmont and catch live music at a beloved neighborhood bar.
