TAHA
Marrakesh, Morocco · he/him · Founder / entrepreneur
Marrakech, lived in europe and New York for ore than a decade. Hospitality by trade, which is why I know every restaurant and nobody who's free midweek. Quiet at first, better one-on-one. Board games, design, markets, long aimless walks, strong opinions about food. Want friends who live here and are staying I'll do the organising.
Something I only understood after leaving home
I left Morocco convinced I'd discover the world. Mostly I discovered that every city has one guy who insists his neighbourhood has the best bread, and that guy is always right, and in Marrakech that guy is me.
A thing I'm bad at and have made peace with
Small talk. I can run a room full of guests all evening and still have no idea how to answer "so what do you do" at a party. I've stopped trying. I just skip to the weird questions now and hope for the best.
