Our family's home base is in Vancouver, Canada and we love to share our world with others. Our space is not large but it is clean, modern and well-located for city adventures. You will be hosted by one, two or all of us! ...We have been very fortunate to meet kind and generous people on our journeys and hope to extend the same warmth and respect to you. (We speak English fluently but can communicate in Vietnamese and also have some knowledge of Spanish and Japanese. If you are not fluent in English, don't hesitate to reach out; we can learn from each other!)
Something a stranger did for me that I've never forgotten
So many that come to my mind but I love this one gesture so much: In Japan, more than once, when asking a stranger for directions, they personally walked me all the way to my destination, even when it was in the opposite path from where they were heading, just to make sure I got there all right.💞
