A place I got completely wrong before I went
I’m not a huge big city gal. I enjoy visiting them just fine, but I’ve never felt a strong pull to actually live in a big city. New York City recently surprised me though with its large parks, walkability, and endless things to do and explore. Seems like a pretty cool playground!
The thing I'll talk about for far too long
I do enjoy a good travel story - one of those stories where just about everything went wrong, but you persevered and have a great story to tell at the end of the day.
